11. How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by calling our contact center on 02********. You can also make a reservation via mail through You can also book online and pay with Card or mobile money option. Below are the basic details required to complete a booking:

22. How do I modify or Cancel my booking?
You can call the contact center and provide your booking reference number, confirm the contact number in the booking and indicate the changes you want. You can as well modify or cancel your booking on our website by using “Manage My Booking” tab. You can also make this request via mail to
3How do I correct the name on a booking?
You are allowed to correct a wrongly spelt name. We do not allow complete name change. You can request for the correction through the contact center or by mail.
44. What luggage allowance do you give to each passenger?
Each passenger is allowed 20kg for checked-in luggage and 5kg for hand luggage.
55. How much do you charge per kilo for excess luggage?
We charge GHS 5 per extra kilo.
66. Do you do parcel services?
We operate a parcel service with charges as follows; GHS 20 for the first kilo and a multiple of GHS for subsequent kilos.
77. Dangerous Goods
Dangerous Goods are items that may endanger the safety of an aircraft or persons on board the aircraft. They are also known as restricted articles, hazardous materials and dangerous cargo. Such items may not be permitted on board and we advise you refer to the Dangerous Goods sections of our Terms and Conditions of Carriage for further details.
88. Can I send a piece of luggage unaccompanied?
We accept unaccompanied luggage from individuals as well as specific aviation handling and courier companies approved by GCAA. Note that we do not accept unaccompanied luggage in the form of cash or dangerous goods. This service is subject to availability of space.
99. Missing, Delayed, Lost or Damaged Luggage
Please report any cases of missing, delayed, lost or damaged luggage, and in writing immediately to Unity Air duty Manager at the airport you flew into.

In the case of a lost luggage, you will be required to fill the appropriate forms for this to be investigated.

Please keep your luggage claim tag for this purpose and be ready to produce this upon request. Whilst we will make every attempt to ensure your baggage is handled with care, you should know that Unity Air’s liability for loss of, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges paid.

The extent of airline liability is not based on the value of the bag or its content. Unity Air does not accept liability for fragile, valuable, perishable articles or baggage which is packed in damaged or unsuitable containers.

Under the Conditions of Carriage we accept no liability for the loss of jewelry, other valuables and money contained in checked baggage. You are advised to keep valuables, important documents and money either on your person or in your hand baggage.
1010. What time do I have to report to the airport for check-in?
Check-in start 2(two) hours before the flight and closes 30minutes to departure for all passengers.
1111. Can I get a refund if I did not use the ticket?
Yes you can get a refund except for non-refundable promo tickets. You will be charged the applicable fees (this will be higher for international travels) for refunds before, within 2hours to flight or after departure.

1313. What is the penalty for NO SHOW?
Applicable penalty for NO SHOW is charged. Please check for fare conditions during purchase.
1414. Can I re-use the ticket if I did not show-up?
Yes. Your ticket is valid for 6 months. You will however pay for any fare difference if the same fare bought is not available.
1515. How much is your reservation date change?
Applicable charges apply based on type of fare purchased. We recommend that you look out for the fare conditions during the booking. If no charge for the fare purchased, you will however pay for any fare difference if the same fare bought is not available as at the time of change.
1616. How can I pay for my bookings if I am not able to make it to the airport on time to pay?
You can pay online (with card or mobile money), at any of our affiliate banks (Zenith, Ecobank….) or with any of our affiliate Travel agents.

2121. What are your fares? How do I find out the fare for a particular flight?
We have variable fares therefore no fixed fare. You can find out the fare for a particular time of flight either by searching online or calling our call center or talking to your travel agent.
2222. Can I purchase a ticket at the airport at the time of travel?
Yes you can, provided your preferred flight is not full. It is advisable to book in advance to enjoy lower fares.
2323. Why do you charge a fee when giving refund for unused tickets?
The company incurs cost for every issued ticket on the various payment channels. The fee charged helps the company to recover part of those cost.
2424. Do you have discounted fares for charity organizations, like orphanages?
Yes, but we examine each request on a case-by-case basis before granting any discounted fares.
2525. Travelling during pregnancy
We do not have limitations on expectant mothers travelling between 0- 8 weeks and after 28 weeks of pregnancy. For pregnancies beyond 28 weeks and up to 34 weeks, a doctor’s report stating that the person is able to travel without any complications will be required. However, travel will be denied after the 34th week and beyond.
2626. Travelling with infants and children
A baby must be at least 48 hours old before being accepted on a Unity Air flight. Infants (babies less than 2 years will be lapped by the accompanying parent or guardian with the aid of an extended seat belt.
2727. Wheelchair assistance at the airport
Unity Air provides wheelchair to any passenger who may need such assistance. This request must however be made at the point of reservation so this will be arranged for in advance. Please note that wheelchair assistance is provided within the terminals / to and from the aircraft. The passenger should be able to climb or descend the aircraft stairs with little assistance. Any passenger who cannot climb or descend would be required to travel with an aide to carry on or off the aircraft.
