Edward has over 25 years of progressive experience from within the airline industry, serving initially as an Engineer Trainee with Ghana Airways Ltd, Accra, for one year, before moving into a wide array of engineering roles, beginning with the acquisition of the UKCAA Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineers’ License. The Programme included Scheduled/Unscheduled checks in the hangar (Base Maintenance), Technical & Avionics Engineering, Procedural Management, In-flight Entertainment (IFE) Servicing Workshop Management , (1977 – 1978).

He worked with Ghana Airways Limited as Head of Engineering and Maintenance (2002-2005); Chief Engineer-Production (2001-2003); Line Maintenance Manager, (1996-1998). He worked with Ghana International Airlines as Acting Head of Engineering, (2005-2010) and has been working with Corvus Aero Consult to date.
